1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a weak trough averaging 29.9 inches will drift east
across the eastern great lakes today and tonight before moving 
across new england saturday. meanwhile a 30.2 inch high will build 
from the northern plains today to the western great lakes saturday. 
a 29.6 inch low will then move from the ohio valley late sunday to 
off the southern new england coast monday. meanwhile a 30.3 inch 
high will build into the western great lakes monday before reaching 
the ohio valley tuesday.
