* timing...freezing rain, possibly mixed with sleet, will continue
  overnight. the precipitation will gradually diminish tuesday
  morning. 

* snow and ice accumulations...a tenth of an inch of ice is
  possible on trees and other elevated surfaces. up to a quarter
  inch of ice could form on untreated pavement. air temperatures
  are likely to warm a little above freezing overnight or tuesday
  morning. this will lessen the likelihood that significant a
  layer of ice will develop on trees and power lines. but the
  ground will be much slower to warm. as a result...ice is likely
  to continue to accrue on untreated roads...sidewalks...and
  parking lots into tuesday morning.

* impacts...the freezing rain and sleet will result in untreated
  pavement becoming very slippery. travel will be extremely
  hazardous.
