today as a cold front exits eastward and high pressure approaches
from the midwest. this high will settle over the central great
lakes tonight at 30.00 inches and hold through thursday. the next
cold front is scheduled to arrive thursday night and friday with
low pressure averaging 29.80 inches. larger low pressure trailing
the front is expected to maintain cool and unsettled conditions
this weekend.

occasionally be encountered.

.synopsis...low pressure of 29.7 inches over the mid-atlantic 
will lift to southern quebec tonight and deepen to 29.5 inches as 
it does. meanwhile, high pressure of 30.1 inches will build across
the western great lakes tonight. following this, low pressure of 
29.7 inches will cross eastward over southern ontario during 
thursday, steering a cold front across the lake that night. a 
second low pressure of 29.8 inches will move across the southern 
part of the lake friday night steering another cold front through.
high pressure of 30.2 inches will then build over the great lakes
for the weekend.

of 29.8 inches will cross lake superior. it will be quickly 
followed by a secondary low of 30.1 inches on friday. in its wake,
high pressure of 30.3 inches will settle over the western great 
lakes saturday and sunday.
