evening through tuesday afternoon. the heaviest period of snowfall
will be tuesday morning which will impact the morning commute and
any other holiday travelers driving through north-central
wisconsin. this snow is expected to be a wetter type of snow which
will make roads slushy and slippery.

...snow continues this morning over the arrowhead and iron range...
.a low pressure system will slowly move through the upper midwest
this week and bring accumulating snow to the northland today
through wednesday. today...snow showers will continue to impact
the arrowhead this morning and make untreated roads and surfaces
slippery and hazardous. tonight another band of snow will set up
over northwest wisconsin...and continue through much of tuesday
before diminishing tuesday night. the axis of greatest snowfall
accumulations has shifted south from earlier forecasts. there is
some potential for 3 to 5 inches of inches of snow over portions
of northwest wisconsin. snowfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are
expected over the arrowhead. there is still some uncertainty with
the track of this storm however...so interested individuals should
keep updated on the latest information.
