new england by friday. low pressure will move up the east coast 
friday night and saturday as another low pressure area moves into 
the western great lakes.

30.60 inches will then build in across the plains through tuesday
afternoon, which will allow cold westerly flow to persist over
the great lakes. another round of gusty westerly flow will
produce stronger winds and elevated wave heights again on
wednesday.
