.synopsis...a low pressure system tracking toward the northeast
has deepened to around 29.70 inches as it crosses lake huron. the
cold front associated with this system has already worked through
lower michigan, but gusty northwest winds will prove hazardous
throughout the rest of the afternoon. gusts will exceed 30 mph at
times across some waterways. by the overnight hours, winds will
let up ahead of developing surface high pressure. once the high
sets in, maximum pressure readings will measure 30.10 inches on
wednesday. low pressure will struggle to fully organize over lake
erie on thursday.
