across the central plains thursday night and will reach the ohio 
valley by friday night. the low will move northeast over lake 
erie saturday and to new york state sunday.

flow to hold through the day with wind speeds diminishing by the
evening and overnight hours.

are expected over most of the north half of the lake through early
this evening.

winds will briefly weaken on thursday before another area of low 
pressure approaches from the plains. this will initially result in
easterly winds late in the week, possibly becoming northerly 
heading into the weekend as the low passes south of the region.
