1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...an expansive 30.8 inch high centered over the
southeast will settle off the coastline through sunday. at the 
same time, a 29.1 inch low will track from near james bay to the 
gulf of saint lawrence through tonight. a warm front will lift
across the lake monday, as a 29.4 inch low moves into the central
mississippi valley. this low will track across southern ontario
tuesday, sweeping a cold front across the lake by tuesday evening.
