1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.8 inch low will drift into lower michigan through
this afternoon, while another low of 29.6 inches develops over the
mid atlantic states. expect these two low pressure systems to 
merge together and deepen to 29.2 inches while lifting toward the 
canadian maritimes through monday. the newly formed low will 
continue east on tuesday while a low pressure trough of 29.8 
inches lingers across the great lakes. high pressure of 30.4 
inches will then build across the great lakes on wednesday.
