.synopsis...a cold front will cross the lake this afternoon. a 
30.3 inch high will then build from near lake michigan tonight to
the ohio valley by sunday night before drifting to the mid 
atlantic states by monday night. a warm front is then forecast to 
reach the eastern great lakes tuesday.
