waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a weak trough averaging 29.7 inches will remain in
place over the great lakes through tonight before dissipating by 
tuesday morning. a weak 30.1 inch high will then build into the 
eastern great lakes tuesday and wednesday. a 29.6 inch low is then
forecast to develop near the delmarva wednesday night, moving 
slowly north to off the southern new england coast by thursday 
night while deepening to 29.4 inches. this low will then drift 
slowly eastward into the north atlantic through friday.
