1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a broad 30.2 inch high wil drift off of the mid-atlantic 
coast through tonight. a wavy cold frontal boundary will then 
gradually move across the upper great lakes and into southern 
ontario on sunday before crossing the lower great lakes monday. in 
the wake of the frontal passage, a 30.1 inch high will build across 
the lower great lakes tuesday and into wednesday.
