the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.2 inch high centered over the southern
appalachians will extend northward across the lower great lakes 
through thursday night. a pair of weak frontal systems will pass 
across the lake friday afternoon and late friday night. high 
pressure will build over the lake saturday and sunday.

.synopsis...a broad area of high pressure, 30.20 inches, over the
eastern us will expand into the area during the remainder of the
week. several weak troughs will ride along the northern edge of
this high late this week, bringing periodic thunderstorm chances,
especially from tonight into saturday. by this weekend, expect a
backdoor cold front to cross lake huron saturday night as
canadian high pressure builds southeast across ontario.
