.synopsis...low pressure 29.40 inches across james bay will force 
a very weak cold front east across the lake by wednesday night. 
the front will remain in the vicinity of lake erie through friday.
low pressure 30.00 inches will cross lower ontario forcing a warm
front northeast across the lake friday. a cold front will move
over the lake saturday night. high pressure 30.10 inches will 
then build across the eastern lakes on sunday.
