1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...high pressure of 30.40 inches will build across the 
eastern great lakes today. by sunday morning, high pressure will 
extend from new england to the carolinas as a cold front pushes 
into the western lakes. sunday night, low pressure will develop 
in the southern plains as the front stalls in the central great 
lakes. another area of low pressure will track northeast along the
front through the central great lakes while deepening to 29.40
inches. the low will continue northeast monday night and tuesday 
as a trailing cold front sweeps east across the lake. high 
pressure 30.60 inches will build across the lake wednesday night.
