.synopsis...a 28.5 inch low over eastern quebec will continue to 
move away from the area through tonight as it deepens 28.4 inches
over labrador canada. a narrow ridge of high pressure averaging 
30.2 inches will build across the lower great lakes tonight and 
monday before low pressure of 29.7 inches moves just south of the 
lower great lakes and new england by tuesday. 30.3 inch high 
pressure will spread into the eastern great lakes wednesday.
