will remain nearly stationary through tonight. this front will
lift north as a warm front across lake erie on monday. a cold
front will head toward the area for late in the work week.

persist across the great lakes area through tonight. a large low
pressure system...averaging 29.50 inches...will stall over the
northern plains early in the week bringing increasing chances of
showers and thunderstorms through midweek. the low will pass through
the southern lakes late in the week allowing high pressure to build
back in from the north.
