1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...low pressure 29.80 inches will track across the upper
great lakes tonight lifting a warm front across lake erie. this 
low will deepen to 29.20 inches tuesday night as it tracks across 
the hudson bay. the strong trailing cold front will push southeast 
across lake erie early wednesday morning.
