  black river at elyria
  scioto river near prospect
  nimishillen creek near north industry
  eagle creek above findlay
  blanchard river near findlay
  scioto river near larue
  killbuck creek near killbuck

precautionary/preparedness actions...

never drive your car through flooded roadways. the water may be 
deeper than it appears. turn around...don't drown!

the flood warning continues for 
  the black river at elyria
* until this evening.
* at 12:15 am sunday the stage was 8.6 feet. 
* minor flooding is forecast.
* flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* forecast...rise above flood stage by early this morning and rise to
  near 9.8 feet by this morning. the river will fall below flood 
  stage by this afternoon.
* at 9.5 feet...flooding begins south of elyria in carlisle township.

  auglaize river near fort jennings affecting allen...paulding and 
  putnam counties 
  auglaize river near defiance power plant affecting defiance county 
  ottawa river near kalida affecting putnam county 
  blanchard river at ottawa affecting putnam county 
  maumee river at fort wayne affecting allen and paulding counties 
  saint marys river near decatur affecting adams...allen and van wert 
  saint marys river at muldoon bridge affecting allen county 
  tiffin river near stryker affecting defiance...fulton and williams 
...the flood warning continues for the following rivers... 

  saint joseph river ohio above newville affecting allen...de kalb 
  and defiance counties 
.rises on area rivers occurred as a result of today's heavy rainfall.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

never drive vehicles through flooded areas. the water may be too deep
to allow safe passage. never allow children to play in or near flood 
waters. stay tuned to noaa weather radio or local media for further 
statements and updated forecasts.

all times are in eastern time. this statement will be updated in 
about 24 hours or sooner if necessary.

 the flood warning has been extended for
  the auglaize river near fort jennings
* from late tonight to late tuesday night.
* at 8 pm saturday the stage was 8.9 feet and rising.
* minor flooding is forecast.
* flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* forecast...the river will rise above flood stage early sunday 
  morning  and crest near 15.9 feet around  1 am monday november 20 
  and fall below flood stage around  1 am tuesday november 21.
* at 16.0 feet...moderate flooding begins along the auglaize river 
  with secondary roads and agricultural lands as well as homes 
  nearest the river being affected by flood waters. some evacuations 
  of people and property may be necessary.
* this crest compares to a previous crest of 16.3 feet which occurred 
  on dec 23 2013.
