1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low pressure northeast of lake superior 
will drift to james bay tonight while a weak trough of 29.9 inches 
crosses the lake this morning. high pressure of 30.0 inches over the 
ohio valley will then move in behind the trough, reaching new 
england on tuesday. as the high departs over the atlantic on 
wednesday, deepening low pressure of 29.3 inches will track from the 
upper great lakes to southern quebec.
