.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high will build from the upper midwest today
to the lower lakes tonight before reaching new england on tuesday. a
29.2 inch low is then forecast to move from lower michigan tuesday
evening to the saint lawrence valley wednesday with a trailing cold
front crossing the lake early wednesday morning. a strong 30.7 inch
high will then build into the great lakes and ohio valley on
thursday.
