  above 1500 feet. gusts up to 60 mph will be found across exposed
  mountain ridges late tonight into tuesday morning. 

* where...southeastern mendocino interior, northwestern 
  mendocino interior, northeastern mendocino interior, northern 
  lake county and southern lake county counties.

* when...until 10 pm pst tuesday. winds will be strongest tonight
  into tuesday morning. 

* impacts...gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. 
  tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may 
  result.
