.synopsis...

low pressure of 29.6 inches will move from southern minnesota into
quebec tonight and thursday. gusty east to southeast winds will
veer to the southwest to west this evening and linger into 
thursday. gusts will reach gale force in the southern two thirds 
of the lake tonight. 

high pressure of 30.4 inches will then develop over the western
great lakes thursday, and move into the eastern great lakes on 
friday. lighter winds are expected later thursday into friday.
strong winds are likely to return to the region saturday night 
into sunday night.
