*precipitation: 0.2-0.5 inches across the valley, 0.5-1.5 inches
across the foothills and mountains
*snow: 6-12 inches near pass levels with snow levels 5000-6000

the next storm system will arrive thursday and bring wet and
windy weather to interior norcal. winds will be enhanced more so
than prior storms this season. residents should be prepared for
possible power outages and clogged gutters/drains from wind-blown
leaves which could lead to minor flooding. travel delays possible
due to snow near major passes with snow levels 5000-6000 feet.
