.blustery conditions are forecast to develop behind a cold front 
this afternoon as northwest winds increase. locally strong 
northwest winds are expected near the coast from this afternoon 
into this evening. winds will decrease near the coast by the late 
evening hours, but increase in the hills. locally strong and gusty
winds are then expected in the hills from the overnight hours 
tonight through midday friday.
