| Rio Vista, California (Sherman Island, The Access). This is a special 4-day Freestyle ONLY camp for intermediate through advanced windsurfers. Instruction is provided for post-planing jibe carving tricks (360, duck jibe, donkey jibe, etc.) and aerial freestyle (jump jibe, willy skipper, loop, shuv-it, vulcan, spock, and beyond). In case of lightwind, there will be plenty of instruction to challenge even the best lighwind freestylers out there (gecko, lollypop, etc.). See the website for details. |

Event: Join Pro-Rider Wyatt Miller at the Hood River Marina for a Freestyle Clinic. In the clinic you will learn the fundamentals of freestyle riding. Moves like forward loops, sail 360’s, duck tacks, clew first riding, heli-tacks and more will be discussed. Take advantage of instruction from a professional freestyler and give your sessions new energy!

What to Bring: You should bring the gear you would normally sail. We will cover the on land portion at the Marina then head to where ever it is windy for the on water portion.
Schedule: 11:00-12:30 On-land training and longboard discussion.
12:30-1:00 Lunch Break.
1:00-2:00 On-land training discussing shortboard maneuvering.
2:00-4:30 On-water instruction session w/ shortboard.

| Rio Viento will host a Jason Voss Windsurfing Clinic on July 4th weekend. Clinics are for intermediate and advanced windsurfers (must be able to waterstart.) Improve your sailing and enjoy a great weekend with friends old and new. Whether you are working on jibes, fast tacks, jumps or advanced moves such as loops or Vulcans, Jason will sail right with you to watch and advise. Video analysis will be used as well. |
