highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.5 inch low near james bay with a trailing 29.7 
inch trough over lake superior will weaken to 29.9 inches by this 
evening. this weakening trough pushes east tonight as 30.2 inch 
ridging builds across ontario and northern lake superior. the 
ontario ridge shifts east on tuesday allowing a 30.1 inch low to 
develop over north- central lake superior tuesday night that 
shifts northeast on wednesday. strong 30.6 inch ridging builds 
east across lake superior on wednesday and wednesday night. this 
ridging persists across ontario and the upper great lakes thursday
into friday as a deepening low pressure tracks east across the 
ohio valley.
