.synopsis...a weak 29.9 inch low will move east across the canadian 
maritimes throughout the day today. meanwhile, a 30.1 inch high will 
build into the upper great lakes today through early sunday before 
drifting east to quebec and new england by monday, then east of the 
new england coast by tuesday. another broad 30.1 inch high will 
build into the ohio valley and mid atlantic by wednesday, where it 
will remain through at least thursday. .
