.synopsis...
a broad surface low and cold front draped from southern ontario to 
eastern ohio will slowly pivot eastward to the upper saint lawrence 
valley and central new york by this evening. the surface low will 
then redevelop and lift northeastward off the mid-atlantic and new 
england coastlines tonight through wednesday night...while a slowly 
weakening inverted trough lingers across eastern new york and 
western new england. a weak 30.0 inch high will then build eastward 
across the lower great lakes thursday and friday...before sliding 
out across new england saturday.
