a high pressure ridge averaging 30.1 inches builds gradually from 
northern ontario through monday. during monday night, a cold front 
will sweep southward across lake ontario. behind the front, another 
ridge averaging 30.1 inches builds from near james bay through 
tuesday. on wednesday, the ridge should exit southeastward and allow 
a warm front to sweep northeastward across lake ontario.
