.synopsis...
a large high pressure ridge averaging 30.2 inches will gradually 
build from the upper great lakes southeast across the lower lakes 
through tuesday. the ridge will shift southeast on wednesday, 
allowing a warm front to sweep northeastward across the lake, 
followed by a cold front crossing the lake later wednesday night 
into thursday.
