Does anyone have experience with Carbon Art boards? Their slalom boards look nice but how do they compare to Starboard Isonics or Fanatic Falcons, Patrik, etc?
Seems like they actually produce them on an per order basis and ship direct.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Greg

Dave Verotta had a 52ñ he posts here. DvCali.
I briefly had a 4 year old 58, bit the owner decide to sell it to a friend.
Another bud has one as a backup, maybe no 9, so I can borrow it.
Basically, fast enough, conventional shapes, a bit stiff, needs to be very balanced at speed, construction strong if not sophisticated.

I had a 52 and a 58, but they were 2008/2009 models and the shapes have changed too much to give a useful comparison. They both were long (250), and construction was not that great. Performance wise a couple of years ago I inherited a 2008 Exocet Slalom 62 (so same year, and same volume by 234x62 instead of 250x58), and it worked much better than the CA 58. Still the CA 52 was fast and worked a treat in places like Coyote.

But again this is moot ... CA changed a lot around 2011 ... gee ... that is ten years ago ... oh gods I am really getting old Shocked
