Look, Iso if you want to be an "originalist", fine and dandy. But, what "arms" existed at the time the 2nd Amendment was drafted? Flintlocks? The Constitution says nothing about automatic or semi-automatic weapons. Therefore there is no right to possess them. Bye Felicia. |

Iso is a good little, non-thinking conservative. He will repeat the talking points he hears on Fox news without any deeper thinking. Here is the actual wording of the 14th amendment section in question:

In this debate, the Ninth amendment is even more important:
