Today I found a small tear on the leading edge of my Duotone inflatable wing after sailing. Surprisingly the inner bladder has not been leaking air while in use. I'm wondering if I should have it repaired by professionals or just tape it up with sail tape. BTW, does anyone know of good wing repair pros in the San Francisco Bay Area? Thanks.

one of the regulars at Crissy is now doing repairs. email me and i can send you his name (don't know it - just heard about that yesterday!)

also we sell repair kits including mesh that you can use to repair that leading edge tear. they are in our kite fix kit. we have em in stock at our shops - alameda or coyote point san mateo. or order up online and ship or local pickup from either alameda, sf, or san mateo
