I agree with Peter. Ive been sailing Sailworks and love them. In Hatteras I use Revos up to 5.8 and a Retro 6.5 for cruisin.

If you have good teeth I would think you could use your mouth for your other arm. Then work on your one-handed body drags.

7.0 is insane. I use about a 4.5 on a board with skateboard wheels and I have plenty of power/speed.
