tonight...

areas of fog can be expected across north central iowa through at
least midnight, including along the interstate 35 corridor north 
of highway 3 to the minnesota border. visibilities may drop to a 
quarter mile or less in dense fog at times.

motorists are advised to slow down if they encounter fog, use low
beam headlights, and place extra distance between vehicles.

...patchy dense fog in parts of southeast minnesota...

patchy dense fog has developed near and east of the interstate 35
and interstate 90 interchange in southeast minnesota. visibility 
of one quarter mile will be possible at times overnight. 

if traveling, be prepared for rapid changes in visibility and 
perhaps a few slick spots on untreated surfaces. if you encounter 
fog slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave extra 
distance between you and any vehicle in front of you.
