a high pressure ridge averaging 30.00 inches continues to exit
slowly eastward before a cold front sweeps southeastward across
lake erie late this morning through afternoon. behind the front,
a ridge averaging 30.00 inches builds from the northern great
plains and vicinity through monday before the ridge begins to exit
eastward on tuesday through wednesday. during wednesday night
through thursday, a potent low should wobble east-northeastward
from the upper mississippi valley to southern quebec and deepen to
around 29.10 inches. accordingly, a warm front should sweep
northeastward across lake erie wednesday night and be followed by
the eastward passage of a cold front on thursday. behind the cold
front, a ridge should build slowly from the north-central united
states through friday and average 29.80 inches over lake erie.
