.synopsis...southwest return flow holds in place today and monday
while a frontal boundary stalls and strengthens over northern
lake huron monday night. showers and thunderstorms develop as a
result and persist through tuesday, with potential for strong to
severe storms as a strong cold front sweeps across the great
lakes tuesday evening.
