1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.5 inch low over quebec will weaken as it 
continues to track east tonight. its earlier passing cold front 
across the lake and forcing are helping with the shower potential 
over/near the lake through tonight. a 30.2 inch high is then 
forecast to build across the ohio valley monday. on tuesday a 29.5 
inch low over the upper midwest will track toward the central great 
lakes. the sfc low will then track into eastern ontario through 
wednesday night, swinging a cold front across the lake by later 
wednesday. the surface low will then track well north of the lake 
thursday and friday.
