1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.7 inch low over lake huron will drift to southern 
ontario and weaken to a remnant 29.9 inch trough today. another 29.8 
inch low will move off the carolina coast tonight, then will deepen 
to 28.8 inches as it tracks northeastward off the mid-atlantic and 
new england coastlines sunday through monday. a 30.1 inch high is 
then forecast to weaken and slide across the lower great lakes on 
tuesday and new england on wednesday.
