1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...low pressure over the upper great lakes will deepen from 
29.6 inches to 29.4 inches as it passes along or just north of the 
north shore of the lake late this afternoon into this evening, 
before making its way across new england tonight while further 
strengthening to 29.2 inches. in its wake, a 30.2 inch high will 
build from the ohio valley to the mid-atlantic states thursday, then 
will slide out to sea through friday while allowing a 29.4 inch low 
to track from the upper great lakes to quebec and push its trailing 
cold front across the lake friday night. another 29.5 inch surface 
low will then track from the ohio valley to new england sunday and 
monday.

saturday. another low pressure 29.70 inches will move east across
lake erie on sunday with a lingering surface trough averaging
30.00 inches persisting through monday.
