evening is extending ridging of 30.3 inches over lake superior.
after a weak surface trough drops through tonight, the ridge
recovers monday as a 30.9 inch high builds into the northern 
plains. this high will maintain ridging over lake superior around
30.5 inches through tuesday night. a weak 30.1 inch trough then 
passes over the lake wednesday, deepening to 29.9 inches thursday.
high pressure over the plains moves into the midwest for friday,
building to 30.5 inches by the afternoon.
