the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...an expansive 30.5 inch high will remain anchored 
over quebec through wednesday night before slowly weakening. a 
surface low will then approach the lake from the south thursday 
strengthening to 29.4 inches, the low will then cross the lake 
thursday night while continuing to strengthen. the low will then 
track northeast of the lake on friday and to the canadian maritimes 
through saturday, strengthening in the process to 28.6 inches.
