Well, if I like a board, I typically ride it into the ground, and I'm
on new boards within the last 7 years, so they can't really count.
I think there were 3 boards I rode for many many years.
An old school Bailey 8'10 epoxy (eventually filled with water),
a Logosz Squish (fin box went soft), and a custom designed
by myself, layed up in glass by Cascade (went soft under the
straps) Got at least 10 years out of all of them.
My current 2 Open Oceans are sweet, but not old enough to qualify yet.

Performance Windsurf Report's review on that Bailey included something like, "From the minute you first strapped it on, it felt like a pair of silk Jockey shorts right out of the dryer." People in New Mexico's heated lake complained because I "wasn't sailing in straight lines." Then Bailey went and ruined it, IMO, by going all "no-nose" (i.e., nuthin' BUT nose).
After formally testing just about every board designed for Gorge conditions throughout the early '90s, my hands-down favorite was my long string of Gorge Animal Bonzers. My sailing improved dramatically (in my and observers' opinions) literally on my first day on one, and I sailed little else until the shaper moved to Brazil and I had to find something else.

Tiga 254
I still enjoy sailing it when the conditions are right (lots of wind)

I also owned that Tiga, but for high winds nothing compared to my 80L Realwind board.

Nope! I sold everything old and the new stuff works much better!
[Including the last arrival: a Point-7 Salt 3.7 that takes the place of a HSM Firelight 3.7. I took it out today in angry and gusty 25+ knots (sensor gusting at 32 mph). Day and light better sail.]

I still use and love all of my old gear!
Late 90s to mid 2000s.
Most recent is 2013-2015 boards.
Currently using mid to late 90s sails, my favorites!
Mid 2000s boards seem quite solid and super light.

My old DaKine Kalama's must be getting on 30 years old? Don't know what I'd do without them??

I have a quiver of Real Wind boards. 5 of them and one Open Ocean. Theres a small cult of Maui locals that only sail them. I have the 80 liter white one that's in the picture. A fabulous board. Old school , yea, but to me the most comfortable, great sailing boards. I've tried the newer styles, In fact bought a fairly new starboard Code, hated it. I've been windsurfing since 1984, love and addicted to it. The Open Ocean is my high wind board. Tri fins on all my boards.
