Where are you located and are you messing with RDM or SDM extensions? I might be able to find some used extensions for you to use for more parts.

have the xt 2.0. been using it with my slalom sails for some time now. Have any of you had the line slip on the winch/cleat ? mine has always slipped while cranking down on downhaul. However if I put the slightest but of tension on the tail end...that seams to give the tension and friction on the winch..and all is good. but If I don't the line slips. This happens pretty much with low load on the crank or heavy. I tried using the chinnok (blue/black) line which seemed to work a bit better then white line.
still..though I think it I awesome and almost a neccesty with slalom sails. with the high tension ....and making adjustment either more or less downhaul on the water... rather then running to thecar to get my downhaul crank. I don't use them for wave sails. (not needed )

Try replacing your cleat, sounds like it has worn out. They wear out faster when sailing in salt or sandy beaches.
I rinse mine after evey sesh even though I sail in the river.

There's a leaf spring (14900-8171) far back inside the mold that latches to the gear, preventing gear from spinning backwards. Check leaf spring if it is working as intended. Take it apart and make sure everything dry, no grease/oil, and clean.
Call Duotone if nothing works, maybe they'll send you bottom insert assembly (14900-8178) for free , GL.

Posted a reply… iWindsurf said message posted…. And yet it never showed 😕.
Anyway… the slipping only happens when I don’t hold the tail end…. When I hold the it takes little tension…I am used to it …and no biggie. I still love it.
Although I can’t use the loop and go ….b/c my sail brand (sail works ) there isn’t enough clearance to pass the line through the pulley block…. I emailed sailworks to get rid of the larger middle pulley….or give a few more mm of space b/w block and sail… oh well. Again … no biggie.
