Perhaps this should stay about Lopez as the original OP intended. That way, updates on the water level and hazards can remain topic specific. On that note, not long ago I had a cooler impact, still full of its contents in what was thought to be deep enough water. I'll skip the details but at least my "rock foil wing" survived with yet another major ding. Did my duty of dragging it to shore and disposing of it properly. Note the wheels and telescoping handle!

Another foiling day... another hit in the landing zone at about 3 1/2 feet deep. Missed the wing this time and just stepped on it getting off the board. Heavier than it looks. As always, removed hazard from the water and taken away. Careful out there.

Wow, and this is 2 1/2 months ago!
I can only imagine what it looks like now, but this isn't the first time, one year late 80's the sailing area went down to a creek. The bottom was covered by lost w'surfing gear, we scrounged quite a bit of stuff off the bottom that year, mostly fins, battens, and a few spreader bars.
Arroyo has been typical.
