What scares me is the lack of critical thinking displayed by so many people. That makes me feel sorry for our country.

As noted in previous tweet Tom. — “Harold @HaroldFordJr is renting a home for a few weeks in a vacation spot - he doesn’t control the walls. Strong background analysis, but Harold is not a Maoist- he was elected in Tennessee. Thanks for watching” https://t.co/7caESAnmwu

As @BretBaier said, I’m just renting a place - didn’t choose the art - my house has Ali and MLK on the walls - no fan of Communist China or Mao - my public record and words on Fox and elsewhere about China prove that

Another marginally illiterate post from the nit wit. Got your tickets to DC and your guns ready?

Why aren't we seeing anything thoughtful coming from those on the right here? I understand that they are beside themselves in pain and terribly unsettled with Donald Trump's unexpected loss, but where are they going now?

Seemingly, they're still howling at the moon. When will the nonsense end?

Telling the truth—or having any idea what it is—is not something Trumpists like NW put much stock in. Along with spelling, thinking....

When shame died, the NW’s of the world felt emboldened to make up anything.

Quote:
FORD, Harold, Jr., (Son of Harold Eugene Ford), a Representative from Tennessee; born in Memphis, Shelby County, Tenn., May 11, 1970; graduated from St. Albans School for Boys, Washington, D.C.; B.A., University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pa., 1992; J.D., University of Michigan Law School, 1996; staff aide, United States Senate Committee on the Budget, 1992; special assistant, United States Department of Commerce, 1993; elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Fifth and to the four succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1997-January 3, 2007); not a candidate for reelection, but was an unsuccessful candidate to the United States Senate in 2006.

Fiscal guy a Communist? (Note the spelling NW, just in case you actually want to someday make a good impression.)

You can’t make this shit up.

Don’t hold your breath .. If 2013 is any guide , these guys will be hiding under their bed for 9 months or so .. Most liberals here didn’t go anywhere in 2017, unlike fellas like Matty who will just wait for Biden’s first trouble before he graces these pages with his wisdom ..

Essentially, there is little or nothing to say at this point that would have any meaning for you guys on the left. You got what you wanted and what remains is to see how it will play out. Hopefully, all of us will be satisfied or somewhat satisfied with Biden's presidency.

BUT:

Much of this depends on how much Biden is guided/pushed/manipulated toward the far left and socialism from the likes of Kamala, Bernie, AOC, etc., which is one of the right's major concerns. Biden's kick off with another $1.9 trillion in stimulus is disconcerting. More dialogue when appropriate.

Inventing “facts” doesn’t make them true. Biden was almost assuredly the most moderate candidate who ran in the primary. He was helped by Trump’s losing the suburbs to women who loathed his crassness, and by the Republican run Lincoln Project. Arguing that Kamala Harris is a socialist just shows how uninformed you are—she is a former prosecutor who has been criticized for being too tough on crime.

Ranting about a stimulus—after Trump gave about that much money to the top 1-2%—reveals your bias.

But not surprising is your silence about the incompetence and mendacity of your boy fat Donny. While he has peddled paranoid fantasies to his cult, and prevented cooperation with the Biden administration and the hard work needed to prepare for mass vaccinations, the pandemic has raged out of control, killing about 4,000 people a day. More Americans have died from COVID than died in World War II. You can add in the Vietnam War and Covid has still killed more—and at least 100,000 more are likely to die before the disease begins to be controlled.

I know, you’re scared and you want to divert attention by hurling claims of “socialism.”

You could say voting for Trump was a mistake.

Please provide quotes from any person cited who has specifically advocated for any of the following:

Definition of socialism
1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods
2a: a system of society or group living in which there is no private property
b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state
3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

My guess he will double down on law and order. He has stated time and time again he is against defunding police. He should double the size and funding for the FBI to rid the country of right wing fuckheads and armed militias. Groups like proud boys, boogaloo should be classified as terrorist organizations and should be given new rules of engagement to include lethal force when necessary. Lawmakers with ties to or backing these people should be held accountable. This is a cancer created by Trump that needs to be vaporized.

He will increase spending for police training (law and order), to reduce the racism clearly found in certain white police officers with people of color. The whole root of the violence this summer you dumbshit liars. Police racism, not an armed and violent insurrection by Trump and his supporters to overturn secure democratic elections. See the fucking difference assholes?

On a side note, the husband of one of my wife’s knitting group friends is in the hospital. 48 years old, healthy, no co-morbidities, been battling covid since 12/29. He visited with one of his friends who came into town, they wore masks, social distanced and talked in the living room for a few hours. Turns out the friend had covid. Not completely sure that’s where he got it but...

Long story short, he has machines running his heart, his lungs, his blood and he is unconscious. They paralyzed his body so they could administer some procedure to move him to a different hospital and he had 2 CPR events a few days ago which cracked some ribs. It’s not a hoax. I listened to the zoom call, scariest phone call Ive heard.

Lock it down, Mask up, physical distance and get the vaccine.
