| JP, while you might caustically view Rep. Lewis as a racist, you have to admit that he was non-violent soul all his life. Not the usual MO for a racist. And, I have to doubt that he ever owned any weapons. |

Lewis sounds like he was a high quality person, and I have to say, I'm a Carter fan also. We're in agreement, strange as that seems.
