At least Biden has a firm grasp on the threat of nuclear war. When asked what an ICBM is, he earnestly said, "It's what I say after every one of my 4-hour sessions on the toilet." |

It will only be 8 years of Biden if the RNC again names a Reality TV Personality
as their candidate. If they get smart, it could be a contest.

Exactly. We had to putt up with 4 year of Trump, he can man up & accept 4 years of Biden. To be honest, it will be 8 bad years but at least the last two have been entertaining with the Iso meltdows.

remember trumps running telling us the huge investment in Wisconsin bring back jobs to USA by foxconnnnnn ... what a lie, no plant as built... americans got conned . remember the indiana plants he claimed the jobs would sta, and the company did eliminate those jobs and move them to another country... those were his big claims.. then as we know the usa semiconductor industry came to a supply halt and were dependent on china... thump obviously was paid off by the chinese, russians, oil nations to make us dependent on them.

Biden to visit Taiwan's TSMC chip plant in Arizona, hail supply chain fixes
Quote: | WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Joe Biden will visit the Arizona plant of TSMC on Tuesday as the Taiwanese chipmaker is set to more than triple its planned investment in the factory to $40 billion, among the largest foreign investments in U.S. history.
The investment is a big win for Biden after supply-chain issues disrupted the U.S. economy early in his presidency.
Joining Biden for his visit to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co Ltd's facility in Phoenix to promote efforts to boost U.S. technology manufacturing will be Apple CEO Tim Cook, TSMC founder Morris Chang, and the heads of chipmakers Micron, Sanjay Mehrotra, and NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang, among others, the White House said.
They will attend a "tool-in" ceremony, which is the symbolic moving of the first equipment onto the shop floor of the new $12 billion facility. The plant is scheduled to be operational in 2024.
TSMC is the world's largest contract chipmaker and a major supplier to major U.S. hardware manufacturers such as Apple and NVIDIA.
"Bringing TSMC's investment to the United States is a masterstroke and a game-changing development for the industry," NVIDIA's Huang said in remarks prepared for Tuesday's event.
TSMC executives will announce a plan to build a second nearby facility that will produce advanced chips by 2026.
NANJING, CHINA - AUGUST 18, 2022 - The TSMC exhibition area at the World Semiconductor Congress 2022 in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, China, Aug 18, 2022. It is the first major event in the semiconductor industry in mainland China since U.S. President Joe Biden signed the Chip and Science Act. Chen Min, chief technology officer of TSMC China, said the company's 3-nanometer product development is progressing very well and will reach mass production in the second half of this year, while the 2-nanometer product is expected to reach mass production in 2025. The company will announce its second plant will produce advanced N3 chips by 2026 and that its current facility will develop even more cutting-edge chips than originally proposed, going from N5 down to N4.
TSMC's investment in Arizona at two facilities will total $40 billion, making it the company's largest investment outside of Taiwan, and one of the largest foreign direct investments in U.S. history. |

Biden did that!!! Right "Guru"?
Oil prices have tumbled to their lowest level of the year as worries about the health of the economy overshadow concerns about new restrictions imposed on Russian energy.
The sharp drop in oil prices the past two days is mostly good news for consumers, signaling prices at the gas pump should continue their recent plunge.
