Davenport Road not blocked looked like a normal
weekend day as far as parking was concerned.(crowded)
There is swell and 6 people out on the north peak with
Head High Waves average. Bathroom Locked.
Scotts Creek quite a lot of kiters and good Waves.
Lots of Cars along the Road more than normal.
Waddell parking lot blocked Cones along most of the Coast close
to Waddell.
but still enough space for about 10 cars at the North Most end
along the highway . More spaces further down but not
a lot. perhaps a dozen kiters , 3 or 4 windsurfers , two wing foilers.
Lots of cones along Highway one but lots of cars parking
just beyond the cones. Looked like more cars total than
you would see on a normal weekend.

Davenport sort of quasi open when I looked last Friday.
Parking blocked on the part side with signs. People still parking
of the North side of the street. Not sure what the enforcement
was but people parking along 1 from Santa Cruz out to Davenport
where getting ticketed for parking along the road.
Some people hiked there gear in the Natural Bridges on Saturday
and Sunday.(and this was actually OK under the surfing rules)
Scotts Creek was going about 10 places to park at Waddell along
the highway just over the hump where the rigging area is.

So unchanged to worse would be my evaluation.
