Wadell report from when they first put up the barriers.
People where parking along the side of the highway up to
county line to walk in . Surfing has been open in Santa Cruz
since last Friday but the state parks aren't open.
Don't know what the current situation is.

As of two weeks ago, many of us got notices on our windshield from a Marin county sheriff stating that they will write $100 fine for parking along hwy 1 to access Tomales bay.
Both at Marconi and Grassy point, all the parks are closed.
