Long time reader, first time poster
Have a look at F-one Papenoo convertible:

So far I used it for windfoiling (mostly), sup surfing and wave sailing. I hope it will be OK for learning to wingfoil.
Mine is "bamboo" construction and is on heavier side. In part, I think, because of multiple foil and fin boxes. It does not feel heavy in use though.
