Tried to get spare parts a few times and realized it's a hopeless effort.
(From the new owner)
To bad because Dave had some good designs.

I thought that I had found the right pulley/sheave for my extension, but noooooo....The Harken 16mm diameter, with 3/16" center-race hole, is .003" too small. I knew the outside diameter was a touch smaller, but it would have worked. I'm afraid if I use the slightly smaller screw diameter to accommodate the sheave, it will be dangerous. Then again, if it's only .003" smaller? Granted, larger would be preferable. I guess I'll check the shear strength difference between ~5mm and ~4.85mm. Of course there's also the fact that there will be some slop between the steel frame piece and the replacement screw if I go smaller. Hmm....thoughts?

Just bought a set of Streamlined booms from Sailworks. Great service as always. Phil said they'd been working directly with the new owners and the boom looked great. I have a number of them so it was easy to compare. Sailworks will likely have your part since they've been dealing Streamlined for years, just like Kevin. Both great resources.

Call Sailworks [541-386-6561] for Streamlined parts and service. We have most bases, unis and booms in stock https://www.sailworks.com/the-gear/bases/streamlined.html and lots of small parts and service experience to keep your legacy Streamlined gear functioning.

Thanks for the referrals. I think I've got it handled at this point. The Harken 16mm sheaves will work. You just have to use a #10-32 x 1 3/4" stainless machine screw with a matching nylon lock nut. And you have to trim the screw to be ~1 5/8" (Unless you can find one that size from the factory.) Otherwise you can't get the screw to go into the bottom of the extension and through the extension pulley frame.
While the screw is slightly smaller, 4.75mm vs. 5.0mm, I think the load is being distributed between enough pulleys (5, including tack pulley), so that it won't shear off. And I'm guessing that Streamlined over-engineered a bit on the specifications. I'll keep my eye on it once it's down-hauled to see if the screw is distorting, or? If I don't like what I'm seeing, I'll contact Sailworks. I bookmarked them in my browser. Thanks again, folks. Cheers.

Do you have spares for the Angulo Booms.
The two pin adjustment connectors and the
orange straps ?
Thin boom covering for the version 2 Angulo Boom?

If Sailworks has a relationship with the new Streamlined, the new Streamlined really should refer people in the US to them. The communication gap, whether due to time differential, language barrier, or lack of experience, is very frustrating.

I received an email from the company selling the Streamlined stuff. It said there was an invoice attached, but all there was as a bunch of attached logos. They said that I could pay with Paypal once I accepted the invoice amount. Frustrated, and being that I have already fixed the issue, I responded that it was handled. I thanked them for their time. Their response: "OK, noted". It felt like when I go into a local market, hand my money to the kid at the register, say thank you, and the response is, "No problem". I'm always just giddy that it wasn't a problem. Grrr...Courtesy and privacy dying concurrently. Confused But hey, it's all good. Truth be told, it could be made better with some wind and waves.

Well, the slightly undersized screw and pulleys held up well. The setup did not fold, spindle, or mutilate under downhaul tension. So, looooking gooood. FWIW.
