It is tough to get 100% guilty...
it's not that he is able to hire the best, he is known for not paying. but when it is appealed we have seen eventually it will get to judges he anointed.
I believe the day after the election Biden needs to appoint 4 more supreme judges, so it will end the day confirmed.
And then dems need to tell repukes that if they take power and appoint more when dems win again we will appoint every american to the supreme court and we know in the usa there are more dems and always will be. again repukes will not be able to gerrymander, slow mail, and make dem lines 8 hours. 200 million dems to 150 million repugnants as supreme court justices with lifetime appointments.
