low to no-level thinker--- that is how they take down most of the mafia, they rarely catch them ordering hits on politicians.... are you saying let them out of jail.
next, for ultra-low-level thinkers, the IRS has nothing to do with the emoluments clause.
Next, for the dumbest of the dumbest low-level non-thinkers, the IRS is not responsible for determining or finding out if foreign governments are involved with influencing a person with bribery, loans, gifts money laundering and so on.
next for even lowerer than low no level thinkers the IRS is now run by the president and has his hit men in charge of it. One of those in the top two positions was from the firm doing his taxes. talking about conflict of intrest who has not recused himself. Congress has oversight over the corrupt executive branch. How many of trumps corrupt people have already been convicted or indicted and plead guilty... record-setting. in fact the investigation may have already been paid for by fines and property surenders.

as we know yesterday judge ruled his taxes must be released by accounting firm. And his ruling has a far-reaching ruling if other judges use that one for reference. He said Nixon as an example during office and cited Kenneth Starr with Clinton and whitewater before clinton was president. stating congress has the right to investigate without limit anything that a president ever did wrong as well as those associated with him. again do not run for president if you are a criminal.
The judge even said that trumps arguments were flawed.
