Matty--I'll use simple words. Nobody to the left of Attilla the Hun has much use for Comey. But we have even less use for fools like you that lie about what he actually said.

here are things from the dossier that are now proven out as very accurate, with nothing to date proven inaccurate.

Re-examining the dossier after a year of indictments & guilty pleas

below is a page out of the dossier which every point is very amazingly accurate and now proven in the records of the convictions so far. again it was an incredible job on how accurate it is before the election. I would bet for a warrant this is more accurate than most warrents information are.

another one that proved out true from the Steele dossier. the odds of that are really being about 10 billion or infinity to one to have guessed that.

and to date trump and his haters have not proven one single item that was not accurate.

Former Sen. John McCain's role in Trump dossier intrigue detailed in deposition

Quote:
New details about the late Sen. John McCain’s role in distributing a salacious 2016 dossier involving President Donald Trump were revealed in recently unsealed court filings.

The reveal unleashed a new round of Trump fury against McCain seven months after the senator’s death.

McCain, R-Ariz., previously had acknowledged getting a copy of the dossier, which was a compilation of memos written by former British spy Christopher Steele, and delivering it to then-FBI Director James Comey. The explosive dossier contained unverified information and, among other things, claimed the Russians had compromising information on Trump.

David Kramer, who had known McCain since his days at the State Department, is an expert on Russia and is involved with the McCain Institute for International Leadership. He was deposed in December 2017 as part of a legal battle waged by a Russian businessman Aleksej Gubarev over BuzzFeed’s publication of the dossier.

Steele dossier: Reporter who broke Steele dossier story says ex-British agent's claims 'likely false'

A judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida unsealed the records last week.

Over the weekend, Trump renewed his attacks on McCain, whom he remained locked in a public feud with until the senator's death last August following a battle with brain cancer. Trump hit McCain, a former prisoner of war, over his involvement with the dossier and his grades at the U.S. Naval Academy.

"So it was indeed (just proven in court papers) 'last in his class' (Annapolis) John McCain that sent the Fake Dossier to the FBI and Media hoping to have it printed BEFORE the Election," Trump tweeted on Sunday. "He & the Dems, working together, failed (as usual). Even the Fake News refused this garbage!"

so far the Steele report has been correct on many things, what is lacking is any proof it was absolutely wrong in any area that should not be investigated. After all he was correct about russians stealing info and using it. which trump had denied forever and still has not retailiated against russia from attacking and stealing information. what how many Russians under indictment.

and much more. We found out that prostitites were sent to trump as his bodyguard did end up reporting this. and it was not just one... so amazing that Steele had this inforamtion... a trillion to one and it comes out accurate.

Trump dossier author Steele gets 16-hour DOJ grilling
The interview was contentious at first, according to two people familiar with the matter, but investigators ultimately found his testimony credible and even surprising.

Christopher Steele, the former British spy behind the infamous “dossier” on President Donald Trump’s ties to Russia, was interviewed for 16 hours in June by the Justice Department’s internal watchdog, according to two people familiar with the matter.

The interview is part of an ongoing investigation that the Justice Department’s inspector general, Michael Horowitz, has been conducting for the past year. Specifically, Horowitz has been examining the FBI’s efforts to surveil a one-time Trump campaign adviser based in part on information from Steele, an ex-British MI6 agent who had worked with the bureau as a confidential source since 2010.

Horowitz’s team has been intensely focused on gauging Steele’s credibility as a source for the bureau. But Steele was initially reluctant to speak with the American investigators because of the potential impropriety of his involvement in an internal DOJ probe as a foreign national and retired British intelligence agent.

Steele’s allies have also repeatedly noted that the dossier was not the original basis for the FBI’s probe into Trump and Russia.

The extensive, two-day interview took place in London while Trump was in Britain for a state visit, the sources said, and delved into Steele’s extensive work on Russian interference efforts globally, his intelligence-collection methods and his findings about Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, who the FBI ultimately surveilled. The FBI’s decision to seek a surveillance warrant against Page — a warrant they applied for and obtained after Page had already left the campaign — is the chief focus of the probe by Horowitz.

The interview was contentious at first, the sources added, but investigators ultimately found Steele’s testimony credible and even surprising. The takeaway has irked some U.S. officials interviewed as part of the probe — they argue that it shouldn’t have taken a foreign national to convince the inspector general that the FBI acted properly in 2016. Steele’s American lawyer was present for the conversation.

The interview was first reported by Reuters.

During the 2016 election, Steele was hired by the opposition research firm Fusion GPS to research Trump’s Russia ties. His work was funded in part by a law firm that represented the Democratic National Committee.

Since then, Steele has become a villain to Trump allies who claim that anti-Trump DOJ officials conspired to undo the results of the 2016 election. Conservatives have also seized on Mueller’s conclusion that no criminal conspiracy existed between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin as evidence that Steele’s sensational dossier was a fraud.

But the extensive interview with Steele, and the investigators’ sense that he offered new and important information, may dampen expectations among the president’s allies who’ve claimed that Steele’s sensational dossier was used improperly by the bureau to “spy” on the campaign.

Page had been on the FBI’s radar since 2013, when he interacted with undercover Russian intelligence agents in New York City. A trip to Moscow in the summer of 2016 further aroused the bureau’s suspicions, according to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant the FBI got approved in October 2016, allowing the bureau to intercept his electronic communications.

Steele’s defenders have noted that the information he provided which made it into the FISA warrant application to monitor Page was not far off. According to Steele’s sources, Page met with high-level Russian officials while in Moscow in July 2016, including the CEO of Russia’s state-owned oil giant Rosneft.

Page denied the claim publicly until pressed under oath by lawmakers in 2017, when he acknowledged meeting “senior members of the presidential administration” during his trip, as well as the head of investor relations at Rosneft. Page had originally claimed only that he went to Moscow to give the commencement address at the New Economic School.

Former MI6 spy Christopher Steele produced a 2nd dossier on Trump while he was president, report says

Christopher Steele compiled a widely read dossier with explosive claims about Trump and Russia.
The Telegraph reported on Monday that he made a second one for the FBI during Trump's presidency.
The second document was said to contain further claims of Russian meddling and sex tapes.

The former British spy who published a dossier that made explosive claims about Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russia produced a second, previously unreported dossier during Trump's presidency, The Telegraph reported on Monday.

Christopher Steele's first dossier was leaked to and published by BuzzFeed in January 2017.

That report detailed numerous claims of ties between the Trump campaign and Russia, and it came to the attention of the Senate Intelligence Committee and the FBI as they investigated Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

The document also contained claims that Russia had incriminating material on Trump, including a tape of him with prostitutes in a Moscow hotel room in 2013.

Some of its allegations have proved true, though much still remains uncorroborated. Trump has denounced it as false.

The Telegraph, citing unnamed sources, reported that Steele produced for the FBI a second dossier on Trump during his presidency, which lasted from January 2017 to January 2021.

The Telegraph wrote that the second document "contains raw intelligence that makes further claims of Russian meddling in the US election and also references claims regarding the existence of further sex tapes."

The newspaper also said the second dossier relied on different sources from the first one.

It also said the existence of a second dossier suggested the FBI was confident in the material in his first dossier.

Insider was unable to reach the FBI for comment and has contacted Trump's office for comment.

Ex-Intel official who created controversial Trump Russia dossier speaks out

Quote:
"So how do you explain that if the tape does indeed exist, it hasn't been released?" Stephanopoulos asked.

"Well, it hasn't needed to be released," Steele said. "I think the Russians felt they'd got pretty good value out of Donald Trump when he was President of the US."

he also claims Durham et al are liars about 1 million if he proves, he said that they said substantial money to relocate anyone who would publicly testify.
I mean that is a death sentence against russia. why would someone come forward. again Steele was a former head of MI6 for moscow..

and finally this opposition report had been paid for by a right winger initially. Seems the media can not tell the truth of the origins of this. I know you repeat a lie enough and it becomes a right wingers fact.

Christopher Steele trashes John Durham after Danchenko trial and denies offer of $1 million

Quote:

British ex-spy Christopher Steele trashed John Durham after Russian analyst Igor Danchenko, the main source for the former MI6 agent’s discredited anti-Trump dossier, was found not guilty this week of lying to the FBI.

Steele was hired to put his dossier together by the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, which itself was hired by Clinton campaign general counsel March Elias and was paid by the Clinton campaign. Steele put Danchenko to work on the dossier, and he has repeatedly stood by his Democratic-funded dossier in the past.

“Igor Danchenko’s unmasking and indictment is one of the most disgraceful episodes in U.S. judicial history,” Steele tweeted on Wednesday. “Igor, a valuable FBI source on Russia, was thrown under the bus for partisan political gain. [In my opinion] the only beneficiaries from [William] Barr and Durham’s actions are Putin and the FSB.” The FSB is Russia's main successor agency to the Soviet-era KGB.
