You know mat-ty, based on your comments, it doesn't sound like the economy under President Obama has been bad for you. Maybe you're just spreading fake BS about the economy for specious reasons.

Let's be honest. The economy is great if you own financial assets. But, Trump wouldn't have had a chance if main street was strong. This economy is lousy for middle America.

You're dreaming if you think that Donald Trump will turn things around for middle America in any appreciable way. However, the folks that want to exploit our natural resources for profit will do well under Trump's tent.

No doubt, the rich will get richer, but little of that wealth will trickle down to where it's needed. The red states, in particular, are still going to be distressed with folks wishing foolishly for their gravy train to come in. Republicans aren't big spenders when it come down to sharing the wealth with the little people, and Trump isn't going to be able change that. All the hope for change will ultimately turn into disappointment, especially when Republicans get done "saving" Social Security and Medicare.

For a number of years, Trump and his Argentine partners have been trying to build a major office building in Buenos Aires. The project has been held up by a series of complications tied to financing, importation of building materials and various permitting requirements.

According to a report out of Argentina, when Argentine President Mauricio Macri called President-Elect Trump to congratulate him on his election, Trump asked Macri to deal with the permitting issues that are currently holding up the project.

good thing americas interests come first with Trump, not his own business concerns... oh it looks like he has it backwards, the white whore house is in operation under Trump...

Donald Trump lost most of the American economy in the election, and the following Washington Post article does a good job in clarifying that conclusion.

Well, well, well, those that accused Hillary of a conflict of interest continue to ignore those of Donald Trump. Calling the president of another country, as president, to bend the rules and gain financially in the process is a blatant conflict of interest, far worse than anything the Clinton's have ever been accused of. Trump just wants to be the biggest alligator in the swamp. But nobody on the left missed the signs that he was a sleazy con artist.

There is an interesting twist to the economic issues. No doubt the focus on preventing a full economic meltdown by bailing out the banks (and the auto companies) and by low interest rates and quantitative easing benefited those with assets, not main street. Some think that Obama was too cautious in his small sized stimulus. Axelrod says pretty clearly that Obama picked health care because he thought there was only a small window. Trump and Bannon are now talking about a very large (trillion or more) infrastructure bill. The traditional conservatives are worried that will be inflationary to wages--they are probably right. It will also be more of an investment in the future than the first infrastructure bill. But the most depressing thing is, a modest infrastructure bill of $500 billion to $1 trillion was there for the asking if Republicans had been willing to work with Obama. They chose to screw American workers to fight Obama, and Trump convinced them somehow that it wasn't the Republican's fault. Sucker born every minute.

here is a team for calling for lock her up. She did not give information to other nations that were even marker classified and she by herself at the time had the ability and right to declassify anything.

Now we have a right winger who gave out classified material to another country and he knew it was classified.

Trump's National Security Adviser gave secret information to foreign military leaders

Quote:

Calm down. It’s not as if Michael Flynn missed seeing a letter ‘c’ embedded paragraphs into an email. Nothing that serious. It’s only that he shared classified military information during a conflict.

A secret U.S. military investigation in 2010 determined that Michael T. Flynn, the retired Army general tapped to serve as national security adviser in the Trump White House, “inappropriately shared” classified information with foreign military officers in Afghanistan, newly released documents show.
And as we know, every person other than HIllary Clinton who ever did anything with classified information was strictly punished and held to incredible standards and ...

Although Flynn lacked authorization to share the classified material, he was not disciplined or reprimanded after the investigation concluded that he did not act “knowingly” and that “there was no actual or potential damage to national security as a result,” according to Army records obtained by The Washington Post under the Freedom of Information Act.

So, because the Army did not find clear evidence that Flynn intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, and he was only extremely careless in handling of sensitive, classified information, his punishment was—nothing at all.

again this is a former General and he is too stupid to understand that was a lie. Is this the type of individual that should have ever been in the military other than peeling potatoes?

I believe he has disgraced the american military and should be tried and lose his pension when found guilty for not acting as an officer and gentleman.. He deserves nothing and we need to clean house in the military that there are generals this stupid.

Trump's national security advisor trying to cover-up the fake news he spread on social media

Quote:
One of the first people to be named to the Trump administration was Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, a man who is so adept at analyzing information that he sent out at least 16 fake news (propaganda) stories on Twitter in the months leading up to the election. Many of them were about Hillary Clinton, most notably an outrageous lie that Hillary Clinton was involved in a child sex trafficking operation. Seriously. These revelations were so damaging that previous Flynn-backers, like General Barry McCaffrey, walked back their support and openly called for an investigation.

Nevertheless, Donald Trump is sticking by his Brietbart-reading, conspiracy-pushing National Security Advisor, although it does appear he’s been ordered to start deleting some of the most offensive fake news (lies):

Incoming National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has quietly deleted a tweet with a link to a fake news story about Hillary Clinton's involvement in sex crimes with minors.
In the since-deleted tweet from Nov. 2, Flynn linked to a story on TruePundit.com that falsely claimed the FBI investigation into Anthony Weiner had turned up evidence "to put Hillary (Clinton) and her crew away for life."
"U decide - NYPD Blows Whistle on New Hillary Emails: Money Laundering, Sex Crimes w Children, etc...MUST READ!" Flynn's tweet read.
This man’s job will be to read and decipher intelligence related to our nation’s security and then advise the president on national security policies. And yet, he has fallen for this obvious disinformation and/or completely batshit crazy conspiracies.

will we get an independent council to investigate. Is trump above the law?

Looks Like Trump May Have Committed a Major Electoral Felony.

Quote:
Ben Carson endorsed Donald Trump after dropping out of the race. It seemed really weird at the time; I don’t think Trumps brand of politics particularly meshed well with Dr. Carson’s.

The true reason behind the endorsement seemed to have come to light now.

In a interview over at Newmax TV (Not going to give them the pleasure of a link here)

DR. BEN CARSON: I do believe, and certainly in my discussions with Donald Trump, he does love America and he does want to be successful. And, he will surround himself with very good people.

STEVE MALZBERG: And will one of them be Dr. Ben Carson?

Carson: I will be doing things as well, yeah.

Malzberg: In the administration.

Carson: Certainly in an advisory capacity.

Malzberg: That's been determined? You've, when you sat down with him that was discussed?

Carson: Yes.

The eternal mystique of Goldman Sachs

Donald Trump accused Hillary Clinton of being under the “total control” of Goldman Sachs. Yet the president-elect now wants its executives as treasury secretary and head of the National Economic Council, the latest example of how the bank always turns up in the White House.
