Cool boom mount. How much further past the end of your boom does it extend? Do you notice it much during sailing? |

But don't your legs tire from dynamically supporting your weight all day?
My rule of thumb for 35 years now has been Tired Legs => booms too low, Tired Arms/shoulders => booms too high.
I hear your "I like it that way", but there are better ways than doing half squats all day to avoid catapults. |
