Same goes for my knee. Ligaments grow more fragile and healing time slows with age. My and your biggest errors were probably operator-related, but the damage may have occurred anyway and soft tissue injuries take ages to heal.
We can pat ourselves on the back, though, that we have the brains to reject today's commonplace "NO FEAR" attitude. We're going to see a ton of that crowd crippled decades ahead of their time just for a few moments of glory. |
