Windy, chaotic, fun. Wind was up & down and dropped as we started racing, so lots of racers ended up underpowered. I'll post a report on my blog when I get to it (hopefully tonight). Yesterday was way too windy in Kalmus to not sail - forecast 12, actual wind 30.

Peter

Wow, what an event! Based entirely on the stoke of all who attended, the good spirit of those who would've but couldn't and the contagious enthusiasm of those who travelled far (whether 20 miles or 3000!)

Putting an event on at the last minute is a lesson in frustration, but the active encouragement of everyone made it improve as the clock ticked around. I'm now a humble member of Team Abide, so a special thanks to Outcast and JE's thumbs-up support.

We all know that a few things fell short, but I thank you again for giving me a huge smile. More to come!

Thanks Dan!!!
Was fun. Wish we had enough wind on Sat. to get that tandem going. Next time look out for Team Abide.
Oh and for those who don't know Team Abide members PK and Crazyfingers are out West at the AWT representing.

The Dude Abides!!!!
