Hardie we would sail Duck quite a bit back in the day in NW. It was good. Starboard jumping. WNW would still be good I would think. Parking no problemo this time of year. Laughing

Yep, one of the Ties ( liked that description) was saying windy up to 35 mph today. Graphic looked impressive, with Big low ( sandy) moving north and high pressure moving in and lots of squeezed isobars. Didn't jibe with iwindsurf..Hmm Cloudy this morning, Hmm..high pressure moving in , is a clearing Sunny day, usually. Arghh...I guess I'm going shopping at BJ's

We can't sail today, but may drive by Skaket on today's beach tour with my daughter and her boyfriend, though. Tomorrow does not look too promising anymore - maybe we'll have to set up the sauna instead of going to Skaket or SUP sailing at Horseneck.

But the middle of next week does look promising. Dare I say NE speed session in Duxbury on Wednesday morning? Tides will be high enough (+1.8 ft at 11:20) to sail through low tide, when it's nice and flat. If the forecast does not drop too much, maybe Nina gets to try her new 3.4 Ice Smile (I'm looking at the forecast for Chapin, because it usually does a better job at predicting NE winds in Duxbury).

As of 10:50 3 local kiters rigged to go.

I'll have to check the actual tide heights as there is plently of water already.

Wind is marginal enough to prevent running around with my head cut off.
