Hopefully my upper body will be sufficiently recuperated from Tuesday's lunch time session.

They always bust out the cameras when nothing's happening !!! How embarassing to be caught shlogging, in color . I was SO almost becalmed that I thought I might have to catch & eat that seagull to survive(I'm quite sure the seagull is the only reason they ran that photo ! )
