Yeah that's me. It looks like I was coming into shore and loading up to throw something. These other shots look a little better:

time: 17:00 (5pm)
sail: 2008 KA Kult 7.0 on 460 KA skinny mast
board: 2008 JP Freestyle Pro Edition 108L
wind: averaged 15mph, good for about an hour.
temperature: warm wind, warm water.
conditions: bump n' jump with some weird cross swell that later flattened out.

Well played sir 
It's too bad that the photographer (not his fault) would pick the one photo that looks like what we are always telling folks not to do. In this case I am actually "loading up" the board in order to bounce it, which *is* one of the times you should bend your knees and elbows. Go figure.

No worries man. It's just great that you are out there. Action shots of my windsurfing are few because I am usually the one filming the others. Thanks for doing it
